The inaugural meeting for the Banks Lake Bass Club was held at the Hometown Pizza. The meeting began at 7:07 PM and adjourned at 8:07 PM. Attending were Tom Melowitz, Dana Ingalls and Bill Hancock. 

Treasurer’s Report:  There was no Treasurer's Report.  Two members Tom and Doug have paid their $30 2009 dues.  Bill Hancock is going to get the form to apply for a tax exempt number for the club.  Once we have that Bill will open a club account with the local bank in Grand Coulee. 

Minutes:  There were no prior minutes.

Federation Report:  Bill Hancock volunteered to be the Federation Rep for the club. 

Tournament Report:  Dana Ingalls volunteered to be the Tournament Director.  Tom sent in one tournament permit application for 2010 for the Banks Lake Open on August 29th and 29th, 2010.  Bill and Dana will work with other clubs to see if we can't share their 2009 and 2020 permits for Banks Lake to hold a tournament the same day. 

Old Business:  We have no old business.

New Business:  We still have only four members with BASS numbers.  As soon as we get 2 more we will send in the paperwork to BASS to affiliate the club.  The charter members present signed the club constitution. 

Next Meeting:  The next meeting will be September at a place to announced later ( probably Tom's house).
